Can I send documents, photos or voice notes on WhatsApp?
Not yet. Today Zelor reads text only on WhatsApp. Documents are sent from the mobile app or from the web platform, where the artificial intelligence also reads PDF and DOCX.
Can I sign a contract on WhatsApp?
The signature itself does not happen in the chat. On WhatsApp you follow the status, chase whoever still has to sign and receive the link to sign with legal validity on the platform.
