Electronic signature

Electronic signature for contracts

Send the contract, set the order of the signers and follow every signature in real time. A full audit trail, a timestamp and the signed document stored together with the version history.

How the electronic signature works

The signature is part of the contract, not a separate tool. The document that was negotiated on the platform is the same one that goes out for signature, and it comes back signed to the same place, without leaving the flow.

Sent to the parties by email, push and WhatsApp

Signature flow with several parties

A service contract rarely has only two signers. There is whoever approves, whoever signs for the company, whoever signs as a witness. The signature flow of the platform covers that order with no control spreadsheet.

Audit trail and timestamp

Every contract event is recorded: who opened it, who commented, who signed, what changed from one version to the next. In an audit, the answer does not depend on anyone's memory.

A record of every action, with author, date and time

A timestamp applied to the signed document

Zelor, the Contrasync AI

The AI takes care of whatever is holding up the signature

A contract almost never stalls for lack of will. It stalls for lack of someone chasing it. Zelor follows every signer, reminds whoever is late over WhatsApp and explains the document to anyone with a question before signing.

  • Checks that the document is complete before it goes out for signature
  • Chases whoever is holding up the flow, on the channel that person actually uses
  • Explains clauses to the parties that have questions before signing

Frequently asked questions

Questions about electronic signature

Legal validity, signer order and cost per signature.

Is an electronic contract signature legally valid?

It is. In Brazil, the electronic signature has been valid since the Brazilian MP 2.200-2/2001, with rules reinforced by the Brazilian Lei 14.063/2020. Contrasync attaches the audit trail, the timestamp and the authorship and integrity evidence to the signed document.

Can I define the order of the signers?

Yes. The signature flow supports stages with a defined order, signer groups and quorum rules. Whoever is holding up the flow receives an automatic reminder by email, push and WhatsApp.

Is the electronic signature charged per document?

The electronic signature is native to the platform and part of the contract, it is not a tool contracted separately. You create your account with no credit card and sign the first contracts at no initial cost.
